We are thrilled to announce that our heroic team from Ventrolla, RFM, Centric, and Harrogate Joinery successfully completed the formidable Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on July 6th!
Covering approximately 26 miles and boasting a total ascent of over 5,000 feet, our journey was not just about conquering mountains but about making a significant difference in the fight against dementia. We are proud to share that through our efforts, we raised an incredible £2153 for the Alzheimer’s Society, an organisation that provides hope and help to thousands of people affected by dementia.
Dementia affects a lot of lives in the UK, touching not only those living with the condition but also their families, friends, and caregivers. The Alzheimer’s Society works tirelessly to provide vital support, advice, and services to those impacted by dementia while also funding research to find a cure and improve care standards.
Our participation in the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge was a tangible way for us to contribute to this important cause. With every step we took and every peak we conquered, we brought hope to those affected by dementia, moving closer to a world where it no longer devastates lives.
This challenge was not just about physical exertion; it was about camaraderie, teamwork, and shared accomplishment. As colleagues from Ventrolla, RFM, Centric, and Harrogate Joinery, we stood united in our commitment to making a difference.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us and donated to this vital cause. Your generosity and encouragement have been invaluable, and we are deeply grateful. Your contributions will make a significant impact on the lives of those affected by dementia and help fund crucial research and support services.
Together, we have made a difference!
Let’s create a future without dementia.
