Window & Door Installers

Ventrolla has built an excellent reputation as a leading provider of bespoke renovation services and manufacturer throughout the UK England.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Installers to complete installations of our high-quality timber windows and doors, including renovation works.

Role benefits:
Permanent – Monday-Friday; (45 hours per week + overtime available)
Competitive rate of pay, dependent on experience.
28 days holiday per year. This includes the 8 statutory public/bank holidays as normally recognised by England.

A day in the life of our Installers:
Provided a schedule for when & where you need to be.
Meet & greet our customers on site.
Installing and/or renovating windows and doors in domestic homes or on commercial sites, as per provided schedule of works.
Use of company owned van and tooling. Uniform provided.
Report back to Operations team at Head Office on work complete.

Role requirements:
Time served or NVQ in site joinery or equivalent.
Experience in modern hand tools.
Experience in reading drawings & written instructions.
Ability to use problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
To be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers on-site.
Some computer skills required, for using electronic tablet.
Must have a CSCS card.
