Please pass on our special thanks to Craig for his excellent workmanship. It was a pleasure to have such a skilful and efficient craftsman working on renovating our old sash windows and fitting two new ones. He always arrived on time, answered our many questions politely and patiently, and thoroughly cleaned up any mess made. A real example to others!
