I feel I got the same celebrity service as Sarah Beeny!

I live in a small, traditional cottage, and it was very important to me to have my windows replaced in a style that was sympathetic to the original. From start to end of this project, I was treated with courtesy and consideration. The initial visit gave me a lot of confidence in Ventrolla, as the manager clearly prioritised my interests, was very professional and knowledgeable, took time to discuss all issues and queries, and talk things through. I was kept informed at all stages, and was able to ask questions and receive prompt answers at any point. Yes, there were hitches and hiccups, but sometimes, you only find out just how good a company is when things go wrong. In these few and minor instances, Ventrolla were absolutely superb. I should add that, in addition to being established specialists, their price was significantly cheaper than the UK’s best known (general) installation firm. I am just thrilled with the results, and have already recommended Ventrolla, without hesitation, to family and friends.
